1 Carbon Monoxide alarm in the kitchen. Including a heat alarm in the kitchen.
Smoke alarm in the upstairs and downstairs passage.

Please look after the home and use the items appropriately ensuring to return everything back where it was kept prior to checking out for the next guests to enjoy.
Do not place hot drinks or food directly onto surfaces such as sofa, chairs and tables. Please use coaster and heat mats provided. Damages such as hot drink ring marks on sofa or on tables from pots not placed on heat mats, will be charged accordingly.
No shoes to be worn on carpet (stairs, landing and bedrooms) including lounge area (rug and sofa).
No food in bedrooms
No additional guests allowed other than those on the booking. If more guests arrive to stay than booked, there will be an additional charge of £20 per person, per night. Maximum occupancy is 5 people.
STRICTLY NO Smoking inside or close to property.
Parties & events are STRICTLY prohibited. Please be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise level down.
Any towels and beddings damaged for example by make-up, fake tan etc will be charged accordingly.
Kindly note items in the property are not free to take. Missing items will be charged accordingly.
Cancellation Policy
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in
If guest cancel between 7 and 29 days before check-in, guest will only receive 50% refund
If guest cancels less than 7 days before check-in, no refund
