Security measures are variable across our featured properties, and standards may differ depending on where you travel. CCTV outside, key-code apartment access and 24-hour doormen are just a few examples of security measures which may be relevant to your apartment. It is always worth looking over the accommodation’s security standards and facilities on our website or contacting a member of our team, before placing a booking.

The check-in and check-out procedures of our featured apartments are varied depending on the building and location. Buildings may have receptions, which can be open for up to 24 hours or allow guests to simply self-check-in. Another possibility is that a guest may be advised to ‘Meet and Greet’, where they are handed the keys to their accommodation and anything else that is deemed necessary. Ultimately, all the necessary information will be confirmed by a member of our team at the time of the booking, and full instructions for check-in will be sent to the guests along with an in-apartment information pack. Instructions may include reminders to the guests to bring identification and booking confirmation to the check-in destination.
Our featured serviced apartments have a housekeeping service included within the cost of your accommodation. Housekeeping services can range from daily to fortnightly, but typically, cleaning and maintenance are conducted in our apartments once a week. Clients should be aware that housekeeping standards are internationally diverse, and what is included in the cost may differ depending on where you stay. Be sure to contact a Situ team member for any enquiries about housekeeping.
Across the majority of our featured apartments, smoking is not permitted. Whilst there is a chance that smoking is acceptable in communal areas, on balconies or even in gardens, it is better to check for any restrictions first. Contact a member of our team for more information about your apartment’s smoking policy.
We recommend you book your chosen apartment as soon as possible. This also gives us the best chance to meet any of your special requirements.If you do need to book a last-minute apartment, we can help, too. However, every property is subject to availability.
Unfortunately, we do not accept pets in our apartments. We do find that as our clients tend to be visiting businessmen and consultants during relocating, we do not need to accept pets. This also ensures every property is maintained to the highest possible standards. Get in touch for more information regarding service animals.
We always make sure that we have a set of keys whilst you’re staying with us. However, if you can’t find your set then we would need to get another cut. The charge for this will be £200 and will either come off your security deposit, or we would ask for your card details.
We personally don’t arrange airport transfers, but we can send over some highly recommended chauffeurs.
A serviced apartment is a type of fully furnished housing, which includes a range of home-like amenities and hotel-like services, all included within the overall rental price. We have one, two, three and four bedroom options for you to choose from. All of our one-bedroom apartments have one bathroom. Two and three-bedroom apartments have a master suite with a dressing area and an en suite shower room, separate from the bathroom.

Here at MyShortLets, we are happy to accommodate our clients for as long as they require. There is no official limit to how long you can stay with us, but never hesitate to get in touch before you book.
If you are booking on behalf of your company or just for a private hire, any alteration should be discussed with a member of our team as soon as you are made aware of them. This gives us the best opportunity to accommodate any of your requests.
Our apartments offer great flexibility and we are often able to increase the stay of our clients. But we cannot guarantee an extension.
This is a common concern for those staying in a MyShortLets apartments for the first time. Rest assured, our properties truly do provide a home-away-from-home experience. They are fully equipped with everything from towels and hair dryers to rice cookers!
The kitchens come stocked with cooking equipment for you to prepare your meals and relax in. The apartments have cookers microwaves, dishwashers, washers, glasses, all cooking utensils, crockery etc. There is plenty for a dinner party and luxuriously furnished as shown on our website. We also guarantee that the pictures on the website are taken by us and are an actual representation of the house that will greet you.
Of course! You can arrange a free, no-obligation viewing of our properties. We understand that if you’re booking on behalf of your company, or just for yourself, you want to confirm the properties will meet your needs. We are proud to show off our, fully-serviced and conveniently located apartments.
For stays, less than 30 nights the full payment is taken. For stays, over 30 nights the final balance is due a month before departure.
If you leave personal belongings behind, we shall collect them from the apartment and store them in our office. We will then ask for your postal address. The cost of this will be paid by you, plus an admin charge of £45.00.
