A security deposit fee of £100 is processed 48 hours before your arrival via a link sent to you at the time of booking. Our cleaning team inspects the property after your departure and the fee is returned after they confirm there was no breach of our T&Cs.
Before you arrive, you will have received check-in instructions via email. This email will provide a code for the lock box and all instructions relating to the property. However, we are reachable via phone, WhatsApp, or SMS if you have any questions.
