We aim to secure direct bookings wherever possible, helping you minimise or even eliminate channel commission fees.
OTA (Online Travel Agent) fees can vary between 10% and 40%, depending on promotions, agreements, or specific booking terms — but our goal is always to ensure you pay as little as possible.
Our standard management fees are as follows:
- 5% for advertising on all platforms
- 10% for advertising plus guest communication
- 20% for full management, including cleaning coordination, guest support, and pricing optimisation (15% for full management of three properties or more)
These rates are based on a percentage of the booking revenue, depending on the level of service you require. We’d be happy to provide a tailored proposal once we’ve gathered a few more details about your property and preferences.
For example, for bookings made through OTAs, a total fee of up to 25% is deducted (comprising a 5% MyShortLets fee and up to 20% platform commission) before payment is made to you.
This applies to:
- Completed guest stays
- Cancelled bookings without a full refund
*plus VAT where applicable

The team of hosts were fantastic – responsive, and very accommodating throughout our stay. While the neighbourhood was generally untidy and felt a little rough in parts, once inside the apartment, we felt completely comfortable and at ease. Would definitely recommend Jarek’s place for anyone looking for a clean and welcoming stay.
