BED CONFIGURATION All bedrooms feature comfortable Zip & Link Beds. The living room includes a double sofa bed, perfect for an additional guest or small family. Please note: Our default bed setup includes a Queen bed & x2 Single Beds. If you prefer a different configuration, kindly provide at least 24 hours’ notice. We may not be able to accommodate last-minute reservations unless guests are willing to pay an extra fee to rearrange the beds, as we will need to book housekeeping to redo the setup.

Last-Minute Bookings For last-minute reservations, we require at least 24 hours’ notice to modify the default bed configuration. If guests request a different setup for last-minute reservations, such as additional beds or a different arrangement, we cannot guarantee accommodation without sufficient notice.

Self-check-in from 15:00, however, we may be able to accommodate an earlier check-in on request CANCELLATION POLICY:  We understand that sometimes plans change, and guests may need to cancel their reservation. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both guests and hosts. Guests get a FULL Refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in & have passed 48 hours of booking. For long-term stays: Guests receive a FULL refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.

ADDITIONAL CLEANING POLICY:  To ensure we maintain the property’s high standards and maximize guest experience, we require cleaning and linen changeovers for long-term bookings (14+ nights stay). This changeover will usually happen every 14 days and will NOT be at an additional cost to the guest.  During the time of the clean, guests are advised to vacate the property to give access to the cleaner. This is for health & safety purposes. To maintain the property, the guest MUST understand & comply with the 14-day cleaning changeover. This is necessary to maintain hygiene & the highest quality standards. Failure to allow this will result in the guest being charged for a failed clean attempt. Damage to the linen & towels (including stains from fake tans, makeup, etc.) could result in additional charges or a deduction from your deposit.
