Welcome to Rutland House, a spacious 4-bedroom townhouse located in the prestigious Golden Triangle of central Norwich. This recently renovated property combines comfort and elegance, ideal for both short and extended stays. As an enthusiastic owner with a background in Fine Art and Interior Design, and currently studying Architecture, I have meticulously designed Rutland House using natural materials, minimising plastic usage.

Each room is equipped with a smart TV, and the living room includes a soundbar for an enhanced viewing experience. The fully equipped kitchen comes stocked with local produce and basic toiletries for your convenience.

Safety is a top priority at Rutland House. A thorough risk assessment has been conducted, ensuring all safety measures are in place.

Parking is available at the front of the house (permit required) or at the back on a first-come, first-served basis. An EV charger is also available for guests with electric vehicles.
