IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Travel cots are provided on request and subject to availability.

2 Dogs are welcome for a one-time fee of £20..

We require guests to sign our t & c’s. A security deposit fee of £100 is processed 48 hours before your arrival via a link sent to you at the time of booking. Our cleaning team inspects the property after your departure and the fee is returned after they confirm there was no breach of our T&Cs.

Please beware that any dog mess found in the garden after departure will incur a deduction of £50 from your security deposit of £100. Unfortunately, this is due to recent unpleasant experiences. Thank you for your understanding.

Before you arrive, you will receive check-in instructions via email. This email will provide a code for the lock box and all instructions relating to the property. However, we are reachable via phone, WhatsApp, or SMS if you have any questions.

House Rules

– No smoking of any substance inside the property, please use the ashtray provided outside.
– No use of candles or other naked flames

– Quiet hours between 10 pm – 8 am
