Upon your arrival, one of our team will personally greet you and show you around your apartment. We’ll explain everything you need to know, from how to use the heating to finding the Wi-Fi codes and provide any additional information you may require. Feel free to ask as many questions as you like, and if you forget anything, don’t worry – we’ll leave you with our contact details and remain available throughout your stay to ensure you’re comfortable and settled.
The Booking Process

Browse our apartments online, then give us a call to discuss your specific requirements. We’re here to help with availability, apartment features, minimum stay durations, or suggesting the best option to suit your needs.
Once you’ve chosen your apartment, all bookings are confirmed in writing via email. You’ll receive a confirmation letter along with our terms and conditions. Payment is required in advance of your arrival, and for longer stays, we issue invoices every 30 days. At check-in, we’ll take your card details as a precaution for any accidental damage (don’t worry, we understand that a broken glass can happen!). Your card details will be securely disposed of after your stay.
If your plans change and you’d like to extend your stay, let us know—we’ll always do our best to accommodate you if availability allows.
Our apartments are fully equipped, so you can move straight in with ease. Utilities, Wi-Fi, and parking are included, and the kitchens are stocked with all the utensils, crockery, and cookware you’ll need.
To ensure your comfort, all beds are made up with crisp white linen, and towels are provided. Our rates also include a weekly maid service and linen change for added convenience, so you can focus on enjoying your stay.

Beautiful family holiday home. Beautiful holiday home, clean tidy and very modern. Our first time staying Everything was accommodated for. Including tea coffee and sugar. Very easy accessibility and 5 minutes walk from the beach.
Exceptional. Very close to the beach, it’s about a 2 minute walk, close to local shops, small shop just up the road and a spar is also about a 5 minute walk away. Comfortable beds a large screen TV in the dining room.
We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at the property again.

We enjoyed our stay, facilities and amenities in the house were good. On street parking but found spaces. Issue with hot water but Marlena responded promptly and sorted the issue very quickly. Local Kurdish restaurant was very welcoming and amazing value – well worth a visit.
